WHO IS ELIGIBLE: The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who are legal residents and currently residing in any one of the fifty (50) states of the United States of America or the District of Columbia (excluding, without limitation, overseas military installations, Puerto Rico or other United States of America territories). HOW TO ENTER: You may enter by simply registering online at www.playboystore.com/sweepstakes/sweepstakes.php and providing the requested information. No other methods of entry are accepted. You may enter the Sweepstakes up to, but no more than, twenty (20) times. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged.
ENTRY PERIOD & DEADLINE: The Sweepstakes entry period begins November 20, 2009 at 12:01:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and your purchase must be made or entry must be submitted no earlier than that date and received by the Sponsor no later than 11:59:59 p.m. on the last day of the Sweepstakes, December 18, 2009, in order to be entered and eligible to win (the "entry period"). Sponsor is not responsible for failure of telecommunications equipment, the Internet, electrical power or any other interruption or interference of Internet service which prevents receipt of an entry.
PRIZES & CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: DETAILS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION MAY APPLY. Only one (1) Prize may be awarded per person per household. The Prizes details are as follows: Two (2) Tickets to attend the Palm Vegas New Year's Eve Playboy Party. Two (2) All Access Party Passes to ever club at the Palms.
The estimated retail value of the prize is $1500. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute for the Prize a prize award of equal or greater value. The Prize, and any part thereof, has no cash equivalent and the Prize cannot be redeemed for cash or any other consideration except as explicitly set forth in these Official Rules. The Sponsor is not, and shall not be, responsible if the winner is unable to accept or use all or any portion of the Prize due to the winner's failure to qualify or comply with these Official Rules or any law, regulation or other rules which apply to their acceptance, receipt and/or use of the Prize award, or for any other reason.
If the Prize winner fails to comply with these Official Rules in any way, the Prize winner may be disqualified and the prize forfeited. The Prize may not be transferred, substituted or exchanged, nor cash equivalent allowed.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for the inability of winner to accept the Prize for any reason, nor for any delivery or travel cancellations, delays, defects, damages or interruptions. The Sponsor may also arrange to publicize any or all of the Prize winner's activities related to the Prize, and the Prize winner and hereby consents and grants permission to the Sponsor to permit any public relations firm, advertising agency, news or other information gathering agency or institution to be present, observe, make a record of and use and publish such activities.
The Released Parties are not responsible for typographical, printing or other errors in the offer or administration of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection, notification and announcement of the winner or the distribution of the Prize, nor are they responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. The Released Parties are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled telephone or computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: Drawing for the Prize award will be conducted on the next business day (Monday-Friday) after the Sweepstakes Period has ended, at the main offices of the Sponsor. Each entrant must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning and the award of any prize is contingent upon fulfilling all Sweepstakes' rules and requirements. The name of the winner who is selected shall appear on the website http://www.playboystore.com/sweepstakes/winner.php (the "Winner's Listing Website") no later than 3:00 p.m., EST, on the business day (Monday-Friday) following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. If the winner happens to be selected on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, that winner will be announced on the next business day being Monday.

If the winner fails to contact Sponsor as set forth above by 5:00 p.m., EST on the fifth (5th) day following the drawing, or in the event of winner's non-compliance with any of these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries received. If an alternate potential winner must be selected, the Winner's Listing Website will provide notification of the new winner selection and listing date, which shall be within thirty (30) business days of the date the Prize is forfeited by the previously selected winner. If the alternate winner fails to contact Sponsor as set forth above by 5:00 p.m., EST within five (5) days of the alternate winner's name being listed on the Winner's Listing Website, or in the event of alternate winner's non-compliance with any of these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries received and the foregoing procedures will be followed for said alternate winner.
In order to claim the Prize and be declared the official winner, the winner will also be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release within five (5) days after said documents are provided to winner, or the Prize will be irrevocably forfeited and an alternate potential Prize winner will be selected. Once all the required documentation is returned duly signed, as required, by the potential winner, the Prize will be awarded as set forth herein.

DISPUTES: By entering this Sweepstakes, participating therein and/or accepting any prize, each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded, other than the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winners, which is in the sole and exclusive discretion of the Sponsor (and shall not be the subject of any dispute), shall be resolved with you individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in the State of New Jersey; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards against Sponsor and in your favor shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred by you, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event shall include attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, including any or all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses.
